Why We Built This Site
Kansas provides public case information through Kansas Courts CaseSearch, courthouse terminals, and court-record requests. Pratt County District Court keeps state case files, while Pratt Municipal Court handles City of Pratt ordinance matters. The elected county clerk performs county administrative work and is not the district-court docket keeper. The site brings those official routes, case-number patterns, and access limits into a clear local reference.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site. It has no connection to a Kansas court, clerk, or state agency. Those limits matter:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now
Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
